It was highly recommended by Safeco and one that would meet or exceed my expectations because they had to be approved. I feel like I was pressured into a bad decision. There was no communication. I was not able to see my car during repairs. It took 5 weeks to complete and it was not complete when returned. I am now waiting another 2+ weeks to have them fix and add parts they missed. 0 Star : My Experience Brooks is not the owner of the vehicle, I am (April ). Shelly lied to the insurance company when they called her asking why it wasn't ready when i was told. She told them she never told me that. Why would I make that up? So i had to pay 3 extra days for a rental car because of her!
