Lance provided outstanding customer service and price sensitivity to my being surprised at the price of the 30,000 mile service. When it became obvious that parts would need to be ordered Lance stepped up and recommended a rental car from Enterprise Rental.
Very knowledgeable about vehicle, no pressure, listened to what we wanted and found the truck that matched.
Great staff and service! I have the earliest appt scheduled 7 am and they were open on the dot. Didnt get to pick up my car thought til i got off work but it was ready when I was.
