Experience was very unprofessional with this dealership. After inquiring about a MINI Cooper I drove two hours to go and see it. To my surprise, I show up to the lot and the car is not there! I was told by the salesman that the car was not on the lot because the check engine light had come on and it had to be serviced. I was told to check back tomorrow. Then I was told to check back Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Finally after a week I gave up trying to follow-up and eventually found my car elsewhere. I finally came to the conclus... read more
