I want to express my sincere appreciation for NAS, your serviceman. He demonstrated commendable dedication by braving the cold and snow to help my daughter move the truck. When the vehicle initially failed to start, he went above and beyond, taking the time to clear it of snow. He also assisted in removing the surrounding snow to facilitate the vehicle's removal. Excellent service and customer experience from operator Ferman on 8/6/2025. (Apologies if I have his name wrong) Dasher car got stuck in my driveway and another tow company came , with a flat bed and said he couldn’t move the car, but Ferman came assessed the situation and was able to tow the vehicle within about 15 minutes!
