This company does not honor warranty claims. Alexandra Cabral in customer service is unprofessional and abusive. Three months of back and forth did NOT resolve this issue.
I was out looking for a new replacement hose bib trying not to buy made in China! I found your product but the only thing is no country of origin listed on the tag? Your company should put where the products are made on the label as some people in America are looking for quality items made in America.
Sold me a defective part and then notified me that support is only accessible by email despite having an extension in their phone directory.
They don't stand behind their low-quality (overseas manufactured) products - and find reasons to not honor your warranty. I have had THREE (every single one I've ever bought) different arrow breaker sillcocks start dripping out of the outlet, 2 at my own home and 1 at a customers house (which was embarrassing to me b/c I touted how good they were to that customer).
