My experience with the Champion Alfa Service Department was excellent. Martin and his team was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the repair process for my Stelvio. They kept me informed, completed the repairs efficiently, and provided outstanding customer service.
The service department was nice, but the pricing is questionable. Why does this dealership charge $655 for an oil change when the next closest Alfa dealer in LA charges $200? Also, why does it take 4 hours for an oil change and only 1 hr at the other dealer? Sorry Im taking my business elsewhere.

Professional and courteous staff. Excellent service provided provided by Martin and Jose at the maintenance service department. Prompt and quality maintenance.
