This was a great alternative for the usual "night out in Champaign". Our group split into two and "raced" against each other. Really, we were just trying to survive our respective challenges. But it production value, as mentioned by many reviewers, was very good. It was definitely the shortest 60 minutes of my life. The clues were well hidden, but also intuitive. This was an excellent experience. The staff were great and the puzzles were challenging without being impossible. We are even going again sometime this month to do the other challenge. Can't wait!!!
We did the Cabin with a group of 7, competing with our friends doing the Office with a group of 6. Incredibly experience. We all had a great time. There were so many 'No waaaaaaay!' and lightbulb moments, laughs, and a few scares. I'll be going back for the second room.
Went in a party of 6. Both themes are exquisitely designed! We enjoyed a lot team working to solve the puzzles and figure out the way out. The Cabin one was the best, though it was a little bit more difficult than the Office. But anyone who enjoys teamwork and sense of accomplishment should definitely try this one! You'll be surprised by their vivid story and well thought puzzles. BTW, Amanda, the front desk is really great at giving us the right hints when we hit the wall. Definitely worth 5 stars!
Just finished Office Hours and our group had an amazing time! The excellent production values make you feel like you've actually been transported to the 1930s, the puzzles are challenging enough to be rewarding, but not so esoteric that they feel unfair or impossible, and there are unexpected surprises around every corner! Easily the best hour you can have in Champaign-Urbana!
Best night I've had in a long time. The clues were challenging for our group of UofI professors and students. This is a must do!
