My friends and I (21-22) went as a group of 9 for two birthdays to the cabin-murder escape puzzle. It was AMAZING. The puzzles were so fun, and many were creepy to boot. Even if you don't scare easily, the countdown timer definitely helps set in some of your panic as you and your friends race to solve the mystery and "Get out Alive". I would say it helps to have more people, because a collaborative effort definitely helps solve many of the mysteries more easily.
