Katie and Danee made the process of selling our home easy and seamless. Their professionalism made the closing go smoothly without any hitches. Their responsive to all of our questions and the care they took of our home when it was vacant prior to the close made us feel so much at ease. They took care of any questions we had and any requests we made. I would highly recommend the this dynamic duo to anyone buying or selling their home.
Katie did a fantastic job in guiding us through a challenging negotiation over a house we really wanted. She was with us every step of the way, doing research for us about various issues with the house that required repair, so that we could make an offer that was fair for us. Katie's administrative assistant Danee was always available for questions we had about the details of the requirements for closing. We'd use them in a second if we ever decide to move again!
