In the short time that we've lived in Champaign I've quickly discovered that Champaign Jewelers is a cut above most jewelry stores with their customer service and care. My first encounter with them was when they replaced my watch battery and said they just wanted a donation to the local charity of the month. The second time was when I stopped in to get a clasp put on a sentimental bracelet for the unexpected funeral of my dad.
