Took my wife's wedding rings in to have them inspected Kari, the owner, found 1 loose stone, of course we left them to be repaired $75 fee, very agreeable Got them back with broken band and burrs that could cut you ! Kari said they were fine Took to another shop to be repaired correctly 18 years of loyalty, to be cheated ! Kari's lack of candor is disgusting I will never go back again ! I would accept her apology if offered She didn't offer any apology Said nothing wrong with my wife's rings what a way to run a business

In the short time that we've lived in Champaign I've quickly discovered that Champaign Jewelers is a cut above most jewelry stores with their customer service and care. My first encounter with them was when they replaced my watch battery and said they just wanted a donation to the local charity of the month.
