Professional, comfortable setting. Polite, happy and courteous staff. An all around pleasant experience.
What can I say. It took me years to find a dentist that told me he would make sure I had no pain and for that to be the case. I had some very bad experiences and was so terrified I needed oral sedation for my first visit, but the next time I let Dr. Champagne try to numb me. I don't mind needles, but I never felt them. And I never felt ANY pain during my visit which involved some heavy deep drilling.I'm so relaxed that I no longer hold onto the chair so tight that it comes apart.Everyone in the office is very nice and unders... read more
My first visit to Champagne Smiles was great!!Everyone that I met was very friendly and nice and helpful.Rimi (I hope I said her name right ) was the first person I met and she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable.. She was very sweet!Dr. Champagne was very kind and very nice.He explained everything in plain English to me.Lisa was very nice and told me all my options.I never thought I would say this but I look forward to my next visit!Thank you !!Corrado

Great atmosphere, very good service, but over-the-top marketing and sales techniques detract from the experience.
Finding a new dentist isn't easy. It's quite scary, to be honest. With that said, I am so happy that I listened to prior reviews of this practice, and took a chance. They more than exceeded everything that was said about them. From the initial phone call, the front office staff, the assistant, to the doctor, everyone was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable.
