What can I say. It took me years to find a dentist that told me he would make sure I had no pain and for that to be the case. I had some very bad experiences and was so terrified I needed oral sedation for my first visit, but the next time I let Dr. Champagne try to numb me. I don't mind needles, but I never felt them. And I never felt ANY pain during my visit which involved some heavy deep drilling.I'm so relaxed that I no longer hold onto the chair so tight that it comes apart.Everyone in the office is very nice and unders... read more
My first visit to Champagne Smiles was great!!Everyone that I met was very friendly and nice and helpful.Rimi (I hope I said her name right ) was the first person I met and she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable.. Great atmosphere, very good service, but over-the-top marketing and sales techniques detract from the experience.
Finding a new dentist isn't easy. It's quite scary, to be honest. With that said, I am so happy that I listened to prior reviews of this practice, and took a chance. They more than exceeded everything that was said about them. From the initial phone call, the front office staff, the assistant, to the doctor, everyone was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable.
