Today I visited Champagne smiles after years of countless visits with rude, judgemental, and rough dentists. This was BY FAR the most pleasant experience I have had at the dentist office. My xrays were taken by Danielle. She was patient, understanding, and extremely gentle. Next, I was greeted by Dr Champagne. He was also patient, understanding, and gentle. I did not have an appointment in a very busy practice. However, they managed to get me in within 15 minutes, assessed my aching tooth with x-rays, hygienist, and doctor, explained the problem, and offered their recommendation. They then received a report from my insurance company, determined my benefits, provided me with my cost after insurance payment, and even offered no interest monthly payments from their website. All in under an hour. Highly recommend.
