Horrible customer service! Ordered & paid in full for my sons Senior ring on 3/19! Today is 8/12 & STILL NO RING!!!!!!!!!
I don’t usually complain but the lack of customer service I have received from the store is intolerable. I ordered my son’s class ring Feb 22nd. I have called 7 times and visited the location personally to obtain updates on the status of his ring. Each time I am told they do not know and will need to contact the manufacturer and give me a call back.
