BEWARE: The HOA board members are criminals and rude people who don't care about people who own homes here. I've waited for about a month to hear from a "board member" and still waiting for my call concerning issues I have with the useless board members running Chamoix. It's sad because I been here for almost 10 years and i've noticed the HOA board members going down the toilet recently. I had an airbnb here that I left early - unit 1450 - that is an absolute slum. The whole apartment is filthy and crumbling and full of mold.
