They make people wait for hours even with appointments. A gentlemen was screaming because he had been waiting for hours outside.
My experience with Dr. Francesca Chamian and her staff was wonderful. I was a new patient and when I called to make the appointment and told the receptionist why I was coming in, she understood the importance of seeing the doctor and was able to schedule me the following week. I was informed on the phone that the wait could be an hour and if I needed a quicker appointment, I could see the nurse practitioner. I was there for 3 yrs and was great till now, lagging on send in prescriptions, contact them and start acting up hang up on us because we asking questions rewarding sending wrong medications, that place is just a mess.
The wait times are ridiculous! Plan on at least two hours!
This has been one of the worst Primary Care experiences of my life. They are running a complete circus here. Late appointments 100% of the time. You will wait on average 2 hours to see the doctor. I waited in the waiting room for an hour with pneumonia then waited another hour inside the room while she laughed and greeted the neurosurgeon that stopped in at the office.
