Had a tree break free from the roots and lean into my chimney. Called 4 companies and JD was the only one who answered when I called. Explained what happened and set up a time to meet (on a Saturday). He was there when he said he would be, gave a fair quote, and set up a day to get the tree removed. Came back the next day (Sunday/Mothers Day) and got the tree off of the chimney so it would not do any more damage to my home. Called for a quote and was told to text address and name. Texted address and name, but never heard back. I understand it’s spring and they’re likely busy, but not communicating anything with a potential customer is NOT okay

We had a big part of the tree in our backyard break during a storm one night. The next day, my Wife reached out to JD and he was at our house within a half hour! He lined everything out for us and discussed all of our options. Due to our concerns about the broken piece damaging our house or the neighbor's property, we opted to have just that piece removed for now and the price was more than fair. Super satisfied with Chameleon Tree Service! 100 percent recommend them. JD and his crew did an amazing job on the grove of nine 25 foot plus Oak Trees in my back yard. The crew removed a lot of dead wood and branches and the trees all look great! They did a great job of cleaning up, as well. I will definitely be calling them again!
