My son is needing a tooth extraction due to no space and his adult tooth is growing down the gum. It's coming out and in pain. I had contacted them to get in as early as possible. Today we were 15 mins late, and I called them to let them know right away it is seemed ok, as we got detoured on the way to there. I was at the place and they called and refused him. I was told he isn't able to get help until the end of September. Even mentioned my son being in pain with it. The empathy and understanding is lacking and for a place ... read more

Dr. Lung is a very talented professional. She's easy to speak to and is always kind and compassionate when following up and answering questions. I found her to be very trustworthy and honest- straightforward, obviously incredibly intelligent, and highly capable- but also non-judgemental. Also shout-out to Alex at reception for her excellent communication, attention to detail, kindness and follow-ups throughout the process.
