There’s plenty of activities and variety with the pool, saunas and steam rooms, weight training and cardio equipment. Locker rooms and showers are very clean and the owners are very hospitable and informative. I would highly recommend for anybody in the area looking for a new gym!

Love CFC as they are like your family! Great staff, workout facility. Highly recommended as I have been a CFC member since 1999. Best decision I ever made to relieve stress, stay active and remain healthy.
everything you could need to keep moving g is right there...people are cool and calm
Nice place with some decent equipment. Also has jacuzzi and a nice size pool. Staff was very friendly. We were in town for a day. They charge $10 per visit for travelers. Others working out were very friendly and helpful with some equipment we were unfamiliar with. Not the best, but very nice. Thank you.
