I worked with Rick Jr and he was extremely helpful in figuring out my project needs. He took a lot of time to give guidance on installation and other nuances of my project. If I ever need steel again I will definitely be calling them!
Their CSR dept is not professional. I was hung up on twice for absolutely no reason.
