Absolutely the worst property management. Go through anyone else. Literally anyone. He went into my apartment without giving me any notice. I don’t know what he was expecting to find because there was nothing in there. We had a bug infestation for the better part of two years and he did nothing about it. Nothing ever gets done when it’s supposed to be done. Garbage management.
Ugh so frustrating , call in the morming and they tell you to call in the afternoon. I call in the afternoon and she tells me to call in the morning. She was not at all polite and very condesending

870 terry ave Hiawatha. They cant be bothered to clear snow or repair issues in a timely manner. 3 days on average after snow stops to clear parking lot, usually done without compensation, by tenants using their own snow shovels long before plow team shows. Plow team Probably still gets paid for the job the tenants do clearing the lot. Takes Months to fix issues inside, if they are ever even addressed. Still have ants coming in through holes in the walls that were never repaired. Still have water coming in through the founda... read more
Chambers Property Management oversees the rentals of multiple properties in the greater Cedar Rapids area. I stopped in to pick up an application to rent from one of their properties and the gal at the front desk seemed knowledgeable and was friendly enough.
