Absolutely trash. Unresponsive, negligent, and downright useless. We’ve now had improper snow removal for every single snowstorm this winter. This time there was a plow sent out, but it left so much snow on the ground that we’re going to have a sheet of black ice in the parking lot (again). They didn’t even bother to put salt down. They also never clear the public sidewalk areas, so walking my service dog is extremely dangerous due to thick layers of ice that take weeks to melt. For the almost 3 years that I have lived in my current home and been a member of our HOA, Dave at Chambers Management has been great to work with. There was a lot of turnover on our HOA Board and I unexpectedly became a Board member. Since then, Dave has been extremely helpful in getting us caught up on the “dos and don’ts” of the Board; and to also help us navigate these waters. I can’t say enough about how helpful he’s been.
