My in-laws were very satisfied with Steve Clark's expertise and wonderful demeanor in testing and fitting my mother in law. The difference is amazing! She says, "I didn't know how much I was missing!" She loves her new hearing aids, and so do we! Best of all, we're all not having to loudly repeat all the time, and the TV volume is not so loud anymore. 😉
