I had a very good experience with Chambers Appraisal Service. They were very fair with their appraisal of my home and were a very professional service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home appraisal.
Very poor quality. Appraised our house for a sale and miscalculated the square footage. When I used the measurements from her documentation, the results were 20ft² higher than hers. After showing my work and how I broke up the house into sections based on her measurements, she still did not re-evaluate her work. This lazy effort cost us $5,000 on the sale of our house. Mistakes are part of life but being too proud or lazy to double check your work that affects peoples' lives is extremely unprofessional.
