RecommendedTHE DIFFERENCE is in their customer service! Today I arrived at the apothecary to pick up my rx, it appeared the lights were off but I wanted to go to the door to be sure. As soon as I got out of the car I noticed one of the pharmacists was scraping the snow off his car, they had closed 15 minutes earlier due to the snow. I didn’t even make it far from my car and he quickly came over and offered to take me inside to pick up what I needed. THATS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I WAS SO THANKFUL! I went to Chamber's Apothecary for the first time this week. I had 2 scripts that were compounds and needed mixed. I love that as soon as you walk in the door, several people that work there greet you with a "hello" and a smile! Great customer service!

I used the automated system to get refills. After i picked them up and was on my way to work I discovered that they did not refill everything. When I called to find out why I was given the run around and several different reasons. One reason was that the automated system isn't working correctly. Well why the he]] don't you fix it or call customers to make sure you have recieved the complete order???? Needless to say I am very disappointed in the lack of service and complete incompetence. And I will NOT be back. Such a shame.... read more
My family cannot thank Chambers' Apothecary enough for their help yesterday in getting my grandfather the meds he needed quickly so that he could pass peacefully...even before they had actual payment approval from the hospice agency. You all go above and beyond and will be the only pharmacy my family uses from now on! Thank you!

We get medicine for our cat here. They compound it into a liquid and flavor it. Makes it so much easier to give to her when she thinks its a treat. So lucky to have this service available to us!
