Josh Coburn was the absolute best to work with. He was excellent at explaining all the details and he definitely kept the ball rolling! Ours was a complicated transaction with a living trust, 4 parties involved in the sale, 3 of which were out of state and uncooperative renters! Josh set up Zoom calls, used his charm with the renters, arranged contractors to do work to get us to pass inspection, and kept us informed every step of the way! I would recommend Josh in a heartbeat!!
