Nice and attentive staff but very pricey! The staff is very nice and attentive. I unfortunately had to put one of my pets down and they were very caring throughout the process.I do have to admit though that they are very pricey.
Love the vets, but expensive and the reception staff is rude I have seen several vets here and have been inpressed by all of them. However, the receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I have heard her bad mouth the pet owners that have called seconds after hanging up the phone and she always has a snide tone when speaking to you. Over-service your animals We have been using this vet for our cat for about 2 years. She was diagnosed with renal failure about a year and a half ago. At the time, they did not tell us what the problem was, although they knew from her blood tests, but instead insisted on several expensive tests just to confirm. Then they kept her for several days, and did several things without our permission, even though it was a non-emergency situation. The total bill $2000!!!
