Restaurant Now Closed / Shuttered. No longer in business
Had the bbq buffet, food was excellent, the skirt steak stood out amongst them all, the grill master knew what they were doing! Although they provide you with a few sauces to have with your proteins, certain items were a bit bland and needed a touch of salt during grilling to bring out its flavors. Service was good, they came to check on the table every half hour or so, refilled drinks and salad. Will be coming back soon to try the other entrees.
I've been going to Chama since they opened. Tonight I tried their baby Lamb chops special. The food is amazing! Come hungry and with friends!If you're very hungry and up for the challenge, try the rodizio! If not, you can't go wrong with any of their steaks or ribs! I first went to Chama for the first time back in June last year with my family. I ordered the prime rib, all I can say is I was in heaven!!!! Best prime rib I ever had!! Then once I found out they deliver well of course I kept Orsini it from them lol! I decided to try some other things from there as well, had the chicken one time and the grilled salmon, I have to tell you seriously you will NOT be disappointed!!
