I use to live at Chalmers for several it was close to stores and restraunts I thought that was going to be my home forever untill circumstances forced me to be evicted in 2015 Shame that was my home
I love my apartment
I am a resid at the Chalmers Apartments for a year, I love the fact that I have a awesome Property Manger Michelle Davis she's always their for anyone, she has patients with anybody. Chalmers Apartments is like a big community with lots of history and and support from my neighbors.
The Chalmers apartment has been a blessing to my life. Its clean, reasonable, comfortable, and family-like oriented. Michelle Davis(landlord) is always respectful. She always fix whatever issues that I may have concerning her property which I barely have any. She is considerate, patient, and straight forward. Many people have problems with their landlords but I honestly can say this woman is on top of her job!
