I have been seen by Tanya since 2019. I suffer from Bipolar Disorder amongst other mental illnesses. She has been an absolute god send. I have found a therapist in her that has seen the good, the bad, the ugly of me and has provided so many great solutions to helping me deal with my daily life challenges. Simply put, if you're counselor is NOT Tanya Ellis-Ashbury, I don't know what to tell you. She is a blessing in disguise! Challenging Perspectives is the perfect name because she allows you to see things from a new perspective without making you feel as though you have to change the essence of who you are. Whoever is running the phones, replace them. Unprofessional, took two days to call back to answer a simple question, Could barely hear them speak while phone is on speaker and full volume, attitude, never even sent me an email with the forms to fill out for my appointment. I spelled out my email letter by letter , so no excuse that after 24 hours i haven't gotten the email that was supposed to be sent 15 minutes after i made my appointment which is supposed to be tomorrow.
