Dr. Sweetwood is amazing! She has helped me so much in such a short time. Her and Gina are always willing to work with my hectic schedule and that means so much. From the first time I ever spoke to Dr. Sweetwood we had a great chemistry and she always makes me feel like I'm talking to a close relative. Thank you to everyone at Challenges, I am forever grateful! You will not regret working with them, I'm so glad I was recommended to their office!
Honestly do not recommend. Dr. Sweetwood told me I shouldn't feel the way I felt over something & blew it out of proportion & turned my story into something that happen to her. Getting someone on the phone is near impossible but someone is so quick to call when you don't make your next appointment. I've left 3 messages & sent an email so I can have a copy of my records for about a week now & have yet to hear anything back even though in the email & voice mail I made it clear it was time sensitive.
Dr. Lori taught me so much about myself and why I think (or thought) the way I did. She helped me understand that our behaviors, especially the ones we want to change, all trace back to our childhood and are the result of the interactions among our three brains—the human, the mammalian, and the reptilian. My husband and I started therapy with Dr. Sweetwood about a year ago. She is such a strong force and has helped us in such a positive and encouraging way. She has helped us dramatically in our communication skills and we love checking in every week with her. We told our children from the beginning that we were going to talk to a doctor to help us communicate better and my daughter asked me the other day, "do you still see your doctor?"
