I could not recommend this company. We signed the contract in October of 2021 with a completion date of late December. We were unable to close at that time as construction was not finished. Challenger then tried to force a closing By end of January, when the inspections were not complete nor was the house painted. upon closing we had a punch list of over 52 items. I had Challenger build my home and I am horribly disappointed! The floor they put in has gouges and plank corners breaking off and they won’t replace the crappy floor. I have only been in the home 3 months. Also everything else about the house is just average. The one thing I do like is the floor plan. I do not recommend this builder!!!

I would not recommend buying from challenger. They build their homes quick and they lack quality. I am the second owner on a home that was built mid 2014. The driveway and staircase challenger put in are both sinking and cracking and need to be replaced. I called there warranty dept to see if there was anything they can do (seeing as the driveway was obviously not compacted enough before they had it pored) and I was told they would not do anything to help fix it. Be careful before you decide to work with them.

Worst home builder out there. Company is so poorly run, just imagine is this bozo ( brian bahr ) won the mayoral election. House is less than a year old and falling apart.

True rating 0 +This company is full of lies. First off the sales people lie and tell you all these things are covered until it fails. When you call in they play dumb. All I can say is read their crappy contract before you sign. We came in from out of country and we were so lied to. Its like we are trapped in this hell hole. They also claim they were not going to build anymore. The streets are so congested from the limit exit/entry. Bottom line NOTHING IS COVERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They claim they love the military.
