Extremely disappointed with Challenger Homes and their warranty service. Since the day we moved into our home, we have submitted numerous warranty requests. At this point, it feels like many of these issues could have been avoided if the home had been built properly and with better-quality materials from the beginning. I do not recommend Challenger Building LLC. My dispute is not about a repair bill—it is about transparency and accountability. I was never provided the original manufacturer's warranty when I purchased my home. When my water heater later failed, Challenger relied on warranty terms that I had never received. Every homebuyer deserves complete warranty documentation before closing. Upon moving into our new home, we were initially impressed with the team’s professionalism and the overall smooth transition.
