Ive been seeing Dr. Challa for about 2 years, she is helpful in office but if you call after hours its the most rushed conversation youll ever had. Her staff with the exception of one is very rude and just cold... Its a pediatric office!! BE nice!!! I stayed with her because i was on Medicaid and frankly i think thats why they dont treat their parents and patients nice. Dr. Challa in my opinion is a good doctor she just needs to work on her people skills.
Dr. Challa is rather rude to young parents. I took my eldest daughter in for an ear infection check. She had been sent home from school for blood comming out of her ear. Dr. Challa kept asking her what she had shoved into her ear. She all but called my eldest daughter a liar and refused to listen to her about the fact that she had not put something in her ear. I am now dr. shopping! I will not be taking my children back to her!
she is a good dr. but she doesnt have great people skills. my last visit she was rude and my 3 year old didnt like her.
I like Dr Challa. She has always been nice to me and my daughter. She listens and answers when I ask questions. I have never had any problems with her. If my daughter is sick, she makes sure I can take my daughter in as soon as possible and she makes another appointment in a few days to make sure shes doing ok. I love this dr and will continue to keep her as long as I can.
Rude and not very helpful at all!!!! I dont think she even knows what she is talking about.. Her staff is very, very rude too! Dont go to her, please!
