I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. THey were polite and respectful. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
