Despicable place, this is the place you send your relatives or enemies when you wish them death. They come change diapers after 2 hours. They do not administer medication correctly. If you try to get through to someone’s room you are never transferred or good luck if the person has a phone in the room. Horrendous place. If this place is offered DECLINE!
This place was so amazing. I want to thank the 3rd floor nursing and CNA staff. They took excellent care of me. I also want to specifically thank my Social Worker Toi. I sont know how i would have done this without them. Also want to thank the therapy department, soecifically Numan and Mary. They got me up and running. This place has it where it counts. They care about the redisents. Once again thank you for everything.
