Great location to everything in New Glarus. Room was nice and so was the staff.
The staff here is simply amazing and the facility is very Swiss authentic!

I liked the location, and the restaurant was great, but in all reality the maids need to do a better job of cleaning. In the corner of my room, by the refrigerator, where we put our bags, there was a makeup brush with cobwebs over the top, and cobwebs on the lamps and very dusty. Beds in our room were older and the beds were hard and pillows were flat. Very pricey because it looks like the only hotel in town.
