RecommendedReally needed to find a place, and this place worked out PERFECTLY, due to leasing manager. She welcomed me with open arms, was very straight forward and to the point, but also very comforting about it. Got to meet some of maintenance and they all seemed very friendly as well !(:
When i moved in the original manager Kris was amazing and so was the maintenance! but since the switched and got all new people they are completely awful!! The owner is rude and doesnt seem to care about the well being of the residents. They have a problem with drugs, violence, roaches, and mold. They also dont keep track of any paper work. I will never recommend!!!
Recommendedcarpets need to be powered washed
security gate needs to be fixed and the second floor and third floor needs to be power washed it looks awful
As much as you are an honest rent paying on time all the time the are bad in adding extra expenses. They never return your deposit and claim it as cleaning fees.
These apartments ain’t worth living the ac doesn’t work & our refrigerator leaks water and the manger doesn’t do anything about it since I been living here these apartments has nothing but trouble It’s not worth living here They should just shut this place down
I'm actually in the process of moving out now! Management is VERY, rude and unprofessional. Maintenance requests take forever to be completed, IF they do get completed. The place is over-run by feral cats. I had NO hot water for the first 6 months that I lived here. Still, almost 2 years after I moved in AND in a different unit, I still only have lukewarm water, at best! I had a cab driver dropping me off once that said to me, "I thought this place was a refugee camp"! NO JOKE!!! Oh, and you can't have visitors or management... read more
This place is literally the worst place to live. The complex is kept dirty there is glass all over the parking lot. The office workers claim they don’t get paid enough as if that’s the paying tenants problem and corporate is a joke I’ve had a broken stove in my complex since thanksgiving of 2017 they come a fix a part on it literally every week and won’t replace it. Maintenance literally handed me some random screws to try to fix this myself because they won’t order new parts.
The worst place I have ever lived. Manager is a blatant liar who is vindictive when confronted about her lies. After waiting 14 days to move in. The apartment was not ready. No floors shampooed. No air conditioner worked. No garbage disposal worked. No utility closets were installed. The hallways are filthy. No hot water. Just plain ridiculous!!! They really NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!! O. I almost forgot the apartment fire🔥! When people move out they just board up apartments. CAN YOU SAY TEAR DOWN!?
