I'm a patient of Dr. Rama's, but it's time I find someone new because I've had it with his receptionists, specifically Jenny, and I don't feel like he truly cares about my condition. Jenny is rude — plain and simple. My first interaction with her was horrible. I was in a vulnerable position, fresh out of the hospital, and she gave me a hard time for not knowing my pharmacy, even though I had just moved to the area. I absolutely love Dr Rama and his assistant Jenny. I have been seeing Dr Rama for a great number of years. He and Jen continue to show support compassion and even a friendship of sort. I love my doctor.
If Dr. Rama can’t help you; You don’t want it. He’s great —12 years off opioids
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Rama for over 30 years. He is a great psychiatrist. However, his office staff is very rude at times, and it seems that he does not receive his messages. I called his office today because we have called at least three times to get a message through to Dr. Rama. My husband is having issues with his medication.
