She's a really good doctor. Very easy to talk too & goes through any & all the options for you available. Very caring & empathetic with whatever it is you're dealing with. I'd definitely recommend her & would give her more stars if the reviews allowed.
I thought I submitted a review via text that I received but I will definitely take my time to do it again because I had an EXCELLANT experience from the moment I walked in the door. The woman at the front checking me in was so friendly and helpful, as it had been a long time since I had seen a family medicine Dr. and I was a little nervous. Dr Naik is an extraordinary doctor and a very kind hearted and caring person. She has always taken the time to listen and ask thoughtful questions in our appointments. I am beyond grateful for the positive impact Dr. Naik and her care has had on my life. Highly recommend!!
I have seen Dr. Naik only once and loved her!! My comment applies to the beyond rude office employee who answers the phone to make appts. I wish I had caught her name. I called on 2/27 to make an appt. She was inpatient, snotty, unprofessional and told me Dr. Naik was not available and that it was a long story, that they are short-handed with drs, the nurse practitioner had no appts.
