Took my order on Etsy in Sept. then delays while factory moved. Promised to follow up. Then nothing. Were out nearly $1000. Shameful ending to a once respected business. Etsy pays sellers prior to shipment. ****** learned, very expensive one at that.
Been trying to get my order correct since July 2023. Sent two cushions as samples (they lost the first). Spent a decent chunk of money. Now they are closed. Left the new business a message. No response.
Dropped our cushions off Oct 2nd, no answers except under new owner and keeps giving me the run around about old owner and mess she left. Where are my cushions that I paid half down for?
Ordered two cushions for $212.00 on November 7, 2023. Was supposed to be a 4-6 week turnaround. Never had an update. ******* started calling this week in February only to find their website closed, their original phone disconnected, and their number given by ****** saying they are under new management and to leave a message.
Purchased cushions, had fabric shipped, they confirmed receipt in October was provided leadtime. I checked in November received confirmation, then December communication stop. Received a email communication they were moving to a larger facility then all communication stop and verified they took peoples money and walked away from tue business
Left our furniture for repair in October. Business closed. No phone. New locks on doors.
