When I walked in the door it reminded me of my career in the aerospace industry. They are structured on the 5S system: SORT, SHINE, SEPARATE, SUBSIDIZE, and SUSTAIN. In a nutshell, the business should be organized, clean, and prepped to run efficiently! In this shop, the bathroom is so clean, you could eat breakfast in there!! After haircuts, the hair is removed from the floor before the next customer is seated. I have been to many barber shops in my lifetime, but this shop is on another level!
