The Chain & Spoke bike crew is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive. They fixed my bike and trainer setup, and it's as good as new! Great service, excellent communication, and a team that genuinely cares about getting you back on the road. Highly recommend!
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience earned one. I called in with questions about a wheelset, and Dillon was fantastic—he walked me through the different options, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was incredibly patient as he explained everything. The level of knowledge and customer service was outstanding. This will be my go-to shop for all my biking needs in Des Moines from now on.
The best coffee shop in Des Moines, if not the world, amazing service, food, coffee and atmosphere. You must try their signature drink, Cinnamon Maple Latte with oat milk, absolutely incredible, I always order it iced. The baked goods are fantastic! Check it out!
I was trying to like this place, but they're always sold out of their vegan sandwich - not so good when driving, trying to find a parking space, waiting in a slow line, and then learning they're out of vegan options.
