If you want support after them selling you an over priced bike (my fault for paying too much) then dont buy from here. I went in within a week of buying to ask about some seat issues and set an appointment to have the fit looked at. Ive never been fit for a bike but the guy simply didnt know how to use the software. After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes and seeing the guy help two other customers that walked in after me I decided I waited long enough. I have been to many bike shops in the area, and out of state and country...and these guys are one of the best. They have always held their end of the bargain. Very nice staff that doesnt attept to make you feel as if you are clueless and they are a seasoned professional. Very pleased with them in every way, highly recomended.
