These guys are excellent! Phil and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. They want to make sure you find exactly what you want...they let me test ride any bike I wanted and never once put any pressure on me to buy. They didn t care if I bought a \$100 bike or a \$1000 bike, they made sure I was outfitted with what made me happy. This is the best shop in this areafor sales and service. Thanks guys!

I walked into their shop, not sure what I needed in a bike. I left there fully informed and satisfied. The people who helped me were very professional and knowledgable. A week after buying my bike I returned with some questions and needed someone to check the bike. They helped me off load it from my truck, made adjustments, test rode it, had me test it to make sure I was satisfied, and all with no charge. Very very happy with this business.

These guys specialize in Cannondales, their service is professional and thorough. My friends and i have been going to chain reaction for years and are very satisfied. Phil is the owner and while busy, hes always ready to answer questions. Their tuneups and bike mechanics are awesome. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! They let me try several bikes and made recommendations. We couldnt have been more pleased. After we bought my bike, my husband bought his bike and another for our daughter simply because they were so great! Highly recommend if you want a decent bike with good advice.

If you want support after them selling you an over priced bike (my fault for paying too much) then dont buy from here. I went in within a week of buying to ask about some seat issues and set an appointment to have the fit looked at. Ive never been fit for a bike but the guy simply didnt know how to use the software. After sitting and waiting for 45 minutes and seeing the guy help two other customers that walked in after me I decided I waited long enough.
