This location is not closed for renovations. They are closed because the entire staff quit due to not being paid for over 100 hours since may the employees still have not been paid . I don’t understand who’s allowing this company to still stay open after failure to pay ! If you feel your visit was unsatisfactory it’s most likely because the workers were burnt out , over worked while NOT being paid .

Worst urgent either, they do not pay their employees so they are always short staffed which is probably why they always have an attitude , some employees are not even certified and are working illegally, all they care about is the money they are not community oriented at all, they use people’s lack of knowledge to Scam, some locations don’t even have a provider and you’re being treated virtually, beware do not come here, especially if it is an emergency

No Stars !!!! They have been closed for about a month so far, and even when they were open, it wasn't every day. If and when they do decide to reopen, they need to hire new staff because the ones already there are unqualified. The wait is long; even when you are the only patient, you still have to wait for more than an hour, and there's no specific reason as to why you have to wait if there are no other patients there. Jersey City location is temporarily closed due to renovations. When you call the number it is forwarded to Staten island location.
