I’ve been here numerous times. The facility could use some updates, but the doctor is very nice and professional. If you care more about the doctor than the facility, I definitely recommend it.
I believe that when you have a health care agency or establishment you should walk in and feel comforting, comfortable and welcoming…. Because your income depends on your patient and if people visit your establishment is because they are sick or unwell. Hence, they need to be understanding and make you feel comfortable and safe. AMAZING doctor, terrible staff never answers phone
Very slow & a little rude
TBH No stars at all. but i need to put star. just to post this. I have very bad experience in this clinic especially in the front desk so RUDE. I check in my son around 8:30am, it was only us in there, no other patients; by the time around 8:50ish we're done. Then, around 11:30am, i called my son pharmacy if his prescription is ready to pick up, they said "the clinic hasn't sent it yet." i called the clinic around 12ish pm no one answered the phone. i tried and tried call them then put me on hold.
