Great appetizers especially the escargot mushroom combination also his signature shrimp on the skewer.... our mains were on point and service was gracious

My family of four all had the tasting menu. The food was fabulous and most of all it was an experience.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. Appetizers to dessert were PHENOMENAL. Mike was our server, and he was excellent when it came to answering all our questions, and remained attentive to any needs throughout the meal. He refilled drinks as needed, cleared plates asap, and provided top-notch recommendations for our party. ��
Great dinner at Chef Chais before the Adam Sandler show at the Blaisdell. Chef himself seated us and even filled our water glasses! This guy is the real deal.
Gave it 3 out 5 based on the amount of time that we waited for our food. To be fair it was a busy night with a fully seated restaurant, I'm assuming there was a fully staffed kitchen because there was alot of wait staff so I'm also assuming they were prepared for a full restaurant, but should it take 45 minutes for the appetizer plate sampler for 2 and an appetizer order of a half dozen oysters?
