I had this machine at my event yesterday and it was light so that I can lift it but so powerful. It heats up quickly and is so easy to use!!! Thr temperature of the water was just right and the speed of pour was perfect to handle a long line quickly! My guests loved the flavours. This is for sure a crowd pleaser if you're considering a variety of hot drinks for a reasonable rate!!!
