Dan did an amazing job on sizing my engagement ring! Fast friendly service.
I was charged $140 to clean my grandmother's sapphire earrings, necklace & ring set and they didn't look any better than when I dropped them off. AND he lost the backs to my earrings and because they are old the posts are thick so now I'm stuck with crappy big round backs. He didn't even apologize for losing the earring backs, let alone discount the cleaning. I'll never go back and I've told everyone I know so they won't go there either.
Emily is patient and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect gift for my niece. Dan did a fantastic job resizing and repairing my wedding ring- looks better than new! Thanks Chagrin Fine Jewelry!
