With the exception of a Cuban Sandwich, I don't see much else that qualifies the place as "Caribbean". What happened to Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, etc.? I don't see anything on the menu from these places. What I do see is a variety of delicious Puerto Rican food. Being Puerto Rican I would be excited to go eat at a truly Puerto Rican restaurant in Austin. Not something " Caribbean" that makes no real effort to live up to it.
