Wow, this immediately became a new favorite. Our meals were amazing (Chago's Pernil and Zoe hugs de Pollo.) The service was stellar; Santiago takes pride in his work and was incredibly friendly and answered our questions about Puerto Rican food. And save room for the flan... it is euphoric! Everyone in Austin needs to try Chago's!
